The Gray Team has over 45 years of combined investment industry experience. The team offers a full compliment of financial planning and investment solutions for their clients. The team is comprised of:

Christopher Gray CFP

Associate Director & Senior Wealth Advisor
Chris has been featured on Global TV, the Globe&Mail, 640 Talk Radio, and hosted ‘You and Your Money’ on AM 740 for two years. Chris and his team believe in building long term relationships. They focus on identifying and planning for, the financial goals critical to each client.

Chris studied economics at the University of Calgary. He is a fully accredited CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and a member of ScotiaMcleod’s prestigious ‘President’s Council’.

Chris and his wife Carola have three wonderful boys. They also sponsor children through Foster Parents Plan. Chris enjoys coaching his boy’s hockey teams in the winter and summer weekends with his family at their cottage in Muskoka.

Tim Wilson, CFP, CIM

Wealth Advisor, CFP

Prior to joining ScotiaMcleod in 2008 Tim worked with CIBC in the financial markets for 23 years. As a Director of Trading and Sales, Tim’s role took him across four continents including two years in Tokyo, two years in Singapore and two years in London, U.K. During that time, Tim was responsible for advising Foreign Central Banks, Foreign Banks and other Institutional Investors as to how to invest in Canadian Dollars. He returned to Toronto in 1997 and became an Investment Specialist advising individuals, corporations and charitable organizations on wealth management.

Tim is a Certified Financial Planner, has attained the Certified Investment Management designation and is a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor. Tim is a native of Toronto, is married and is a father of two. He is active in tennis, hockey and golf, and has been involved in coaching his kid’s soccer and hockey teams for 5 years. During the summer months, Tim and his family spend as much time as possible at their island cottage on Georgian Bay.

Daly Padro

Associate Wealth Advisor

Daly has worked as an investment advisor for over a decade. He is fully licensed and helps manage and over-see client accounts. Daly has a particular interest in technical analysis and stock charting. He is passionate about sports.

Lucy Disanto

Administration and Client Service

With over 17 years of experience, Lucy is one of the most experienced administrative assistants at ScotiaMcleod. Lucy responds to all client administrative requests for cheques, wire transfers, account balances, statements and all other administrative issues. Lucy is the proud mother three young children with her husband Domenic

John Michael Durrant

Associate Director Insurance Planning

John Michael provides specialized planning services to our high net worth clients and their families. Working closely with The Gray Team, he designs and implements planning solutions for tax, income enhacnement, business succession, estate, philanthropic and insurance planning for our clients. John Michael has 15 years of experience in his role and like Chris and Tim, he enjoys coaching his boy's hockey teams and cottage time with his family.
