For many B.C. residents, the dream of having a place to getaway to on Vancouver Island seems like an impossible dream. But for those of you who would prefer to escape to the wilderness for some outdoor adventure, rather than be a part of the hustle and bustle of the city, Ucluelet is the perfect place to consider planting some real estate roots.
Ucluelet is an exceptional place to have a vacation rental as it is a popular getaway destination that boasts year-round activities and festivals which entice people from all around the world to visit. Many visitors feel that one trip is not enough, and they make Ucluelet an annual voyage.
While the initial investment will be substantial, there are possibilities that can allow for you to take time to visit the wild west coast with your loved ones, whilst paying down the mortgage by renting the space when you won't be using it.
A great place for a family to get together and re-group. The ocean, the forests, the wildlife... there's no end to the experiences you can share, and memories you can make when you have a place to getaway to, together.
