The Judy Gray name is synonymous with integrity, perseverance, and professionalism. Licensed as a REALTOR® in 1992, Judy then earned her Canadian Real Estate Specialist Certification (CRES), studied to achieve her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She has ranked in the Top 10 Small Teams for RE/MAX in Canada, Top 30 Small Teams Worldwide, achieved the Diamond Club Award for consecutive years, received the Hall of Fame Award in 2002, Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005, and was presented with the Circle of Legends Award in 2020. Judy co-owns and co-manages three RE/MAX offices in Port Alberni, Tofino, and Ucluelet. She is the go-to expert in project management, marketing luxury homes, and commercial investment in Ucluelet as well as Tofino and Salmon Beach. Community-driven and action-oriented, Judy sits on the boards of the Ucluelet Aquarium Society, Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and works tirelessly to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network and the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Marcie Gray is a licensed REALTOR® with The Gray Team, proudly serving Ucluelet and the surrounding West Coast communities she has always called home. Originally from Bamfield, Marcie moved to Ucluelet at a young age and was raised here, giving her a deep-rooted connection to the area, its people, and the lifestyle that makes it so special. To her, Ucluelet isn’t just where she works, it’s home in every sense.

After graduating locally, Marcie moved to Victoria to attend Camosun College, where she studied Business Administration and Tourism & Travel. She went on to build a successful career with Elections BC as a Senior Compliance Specialist, focusing on financial reporting, client service, and staff training. Alongside this role, she also worked in a leadership position within the executive lounge at Marriott hotels, where she trained team members and delivered a high level of guest service.

Marcie later returned to Ucluelet and joined The Gray Team, becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Her professional background, combined with her local knowledge, allows her to guide clients with confidence, whether they are buying, selling, or investing on the West Coast.

Outside of real estate, Marcie embraces everything the Ucluelet lifestyle has to offer. You will often find her out on the trails with her dog, enjoying the beaches, spending time with friends and family, or in the kitchen creating meals at home. She has also been actively involved in the community, including volunteering for local organizations and serving for several years with Ucluelet Fire Rescue.
